Pricing

Compliance pricing,

Annual contracts. Flat fee per organisation, unlimited users. Every tier gets the same product — the price tracks the NDPC’s Major-Importance classification, which is set by the volume of data subjects you process, not by which features you get.

Not sure which tier fits?

Your tier is the NDPC band your data subject volume falls into: OHL up to 1,000, EHL 1,000–5,000, UHL above 5,000, counted over any six-month window. Klari does not calculate it for you — tell us your volume and we’ll work it out together.

Frequently asked

Why three tiers tied to NDPC subject volumes?
NDPC’s Updated Guidance Notice (issued February 2024, updated July 2025) bands organisations by the number of data subjects they process in any six-month window. The audit obligations grow with the tier — UHL and EHL Compliance Audit Returns must be filed through a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation, while OHL returns can be self-prepared and filed directly. Our pricing mirrors those bands. The product itself is the same on every tier.
Is this a per-seat price or a flat fee?
A flat annual fee per organisation. There is no seat cap and no per-user charge — invite your whole compliance function on any tier.
How do I pay?
First five customers are on manual annual invoicing (Naira, payable to Klari Technologies Limited). Paystack annual subscriptions land in Phase 2 once the bank rails are ready.
Does Klari file my Compliance Audit Return with the NDPC?
No. Klari prepares the return — the dossier, the records and the evidence behind it. Klari is not a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation, and we do not currently have a partner DPCO under contract. If your tier requires a DPCO to file, you engage one and record them in Klari; if you are OHL you can file the prepared return directly.
Do you publish a service level agreement?
Not yet. Klari does not currently publish a binding SLA or uptime commitment. Our security posture, sub-processors and the current state of each legal document are published at /security and /trust — including what is still in preparation.
Where does my data live?
Supabase Postgres + Storage in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Application compute on Vercel pinned to fra1. No US or non-EU CDN holds tenant data. See /security for the full posture.
What if I’m a design partner?
Design partners use Klari free for a 90-day pilot, give us detailed feedback, and convert to paid at a 30% discount. No pilot has started yet — see /customers.
