- Why three tiers tied to NDPC subject volumes?
- NDPC's Updated Guidance Notice (Feb 2024) bands organisations by the number of data subjects they process in any six-month window. The audit obligations grow with the tier — UHL filings must go through a licensed DPCO, EHL filings have higher fees, OHL filings can be self-prepared. Our pricing mirrors that so you only pay for the workflow weight that applies to you.
- Is this a per-seat price or a flat fee?
- Flat annual fee per organisation, with a seat cap that fits the tier. Add-on seats are available; we'll quote on request rather than burying it in a calculator.
- How do I pay?
- First five customers are on manual annual invoicing (Naira, payable to Klari Technologies Limited). Paystack annual subscriptions land in Phase 2 once the bank rails are ready.
- Where does my data live?
- Supabase Postgres + Storage in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Application compute on Vercel pinned to fra1. No US or non-EU CDN holds tenant data. See /security for the full posture.
- What if I'm a design partner?
- We work with three design partners in months 3-4 of every customer cohort. Design partners use Klari for free, give us detailed feedback, and convert to paid at a 30% discount in months 5-6.
